I have a choice from my office cafeteria, which isn't bad.

Fried catfish w/2 sides = $4.60
Sides: mixed greens, corn bread, mac/cheese (.95 each)
BBQ Beef w/ onion rings = 4.75
chicken club panini = 4.75
chicken noodle soup = .95

What should I get?

Charles,

I've been on a subway kick recently, trying to stay on the 6 grams fat or less menu. Seems the cheese definitely adds some fat, but i can't have a sandwich without it!

Sam's Cafe:

Kung Pao Chicken with Wanton soup, fried rice, and eggroll. It's only $6.48 and it is really good. I'd go there more often but a few months ago I had a bug in my food. A living bug. That turned me off for a while but I can't resist.
