you made this hand harder to play by being so passive. a bet and a raise on the flop does not qualify as heavy action. with TPTK + a bdfd, you need to three bet the flop.

on the turn, as played from the flop, you must bet. you cannot give free cards to a sd, fd, Q w/ weaker kicker, or some garbage pair.

your opponents checking twice makes this a clear value bet. if someone got cute enough to go for a river c/r after the turn got checked through, well then more power to them.

Raise the flop for value. Your hand is usually best, especially because CO seems very aggressive post flop and could be raising a wide range of holdings including straight draws, flush draws and middle pairs.

Given that you did not raise the flop, bet the turn. I would probably fold to a c/r as you will usually be drawing dead or to 3 outs at best.

Given that you did not bet the turn, I would bet/fold the river.

Raise the flop, bet the turn. I can't even tell you what to do on the river since i'de never be in that position. You greatly under represented your hand here.

Preflop looks good though.

3 bet flop, unless you were waiting to raise a safe turn.

turn is a very easy bet fold, letting all kinds of draws see a free river is bad.

river, if someone had a 9, they would have bet. they would have no reason to expect you to bet if they wanted to c/r. clear value bet.

More bets please, somewhere, anywhere.

if you 3 bet the flop and it got capped, i would say there was "heavy" flop action. one raise is heavy action? and i would, btw, 3bet that flop i think. if i didn't i KNOW would bet the turn. maybe not the river, but the turn for sure.
