i'd cap pf. this could be a looser pf raise (given mp1's pfr and position), the co raise could be an iso raise w/ a fairly weak hand (99).

as played pf, i'd try to c/r a flop c-bet from co and hope to get it heads up with him.

as played from the flop, turn bet is good, call is good.

c/c the river. if he's bluffing w/ overs, let him keep doing it. if he has a pair smaller than yours, he won't raise you (unless it's 99) but would have bet if you checked to him. if he has a pair bigger than yours, you'd probably get raised.

Just check/call it and hope to see TT or less. MP1 clearly waited to pop the turn, or hit his hand when he got there.

C/C -- I wan't to see a showdown, so no bet/fold and a bet/call, just puts in to many bets when we we may be behind.

If we want to bet the river, then we should ask ourselves why we didn't raise the turn.

I can't see how anything other than check/call is good here.

MP1 likes to put money in before the flop. We would have seen a reraise preflop for me to think we'll see QQ-AA. I'm expecting a medium pair. I feel good about our situation and am only affraid of 66 or 77. For sure I'm going to showdown but will put my fist through the screen if he tables A3 or 99.

BTW, cap the flop.
