Default PP $33 multi.....make the huge laydown b/c of situation?

PP $33 multi....600 entrants, 23 left.

Situation: Hero is cruising along most of tourney. Villian(250K) is super aggro/loose seated 2 seats to Heros right. Hero doubles up thru villian w/ AA. Villian was pushing K7o. Villian now has 180K, Hero 120K. 2 hands later Hero is in MP w/ QQ. Villian, 2nd to act, is all-in for 180K.

I'm is like 98% sure I have the best hand, but as we all know, that doesn't mean your gonna win, and he has me covered. The thought of getting knocked out here, when I could pretty much muck the hand, go watch a Seinfeld episode for a half hour, come back, and be sitting pretty at the final table, is a tough pill to swallow.

Is having the thought that "I don't need these chips right now to make the FT" the wrong way to approach this tourney? Half of me is thinking this way and the other half is screaming "you have the best hand, he's on tilt, you HAVE TO CALL!!!" Do I have to call? Thoughts?
