web hosting in atlanta (recommendations?)

I work for a 501(c)(3) here in Atlanta and we're looking to put up a website (already designed). If y'all have any recommendations as to a web hosting service (local), I'd be much appreciative. I think that we need about 100MB in storage and not too much in bandwith. Frankly, I don't expect a lot of traffic. Also, we need fewer than 50 e-mail addresses. I've spent a little bit of time on google, but I was hoping for some direct experience. Ideally, we'd like to spend $100 or less annually.

The reason it has to be local is that the director is a middle age woman with no technical skills and "feels better" about having a local company.
