PP 50 NL, AQs... way too passive?

Results: Final pot: $52.75 Villain is pretty tight/agressive. Stats at the time pegged him at 15/4 with aggression of about 9 or so from previous sessions. It was clear he was raising more hands, as by the end, he was about 16/7. Question here is where should I raise? Should I not? To be honest, I was paying little attention to this hand at the time, so that is partially why I called-down. I was also afraid that he had AK, but wasn't willing to give it up on that hunch without showing strength and getting it thrown back in my face. Where should I stick in a raise? Flop? |

Don't call w/ AQs pf if you aren't going to contest the pot at some point when you spike your pair. Raise the flop and go from there.

Re: PP 50 NL, AQs... way too passive?
Let's assume I raise the flop to 12 dollars. If he reraises, I am likely to fold. However, if he calls, do I continue betting out? Or should I slow down at some point?

ksl,
I mean no personal offense, but you've posted a heck of a lot of hands ina short period of time, and hands like this one lack much interest at all. They seem very standard. If you want good feedback on your hands, don't post so many; select some that are unique or pose debatable situations. |

Re: PP 50 NL, AQs... way too passive?
Apologies. Perhaps I am a little lost right now, as I've tried to incorporate what I've learned from other people into my game, and am lost in how to play some of them correctly. I'll try harder to be more selective, but I genuinely wanted some help in some of these situations. I'm not very good at selecting hands, which is why I almost never post them. I guess today I tried to post more so I could see a little more feedback on my general play.

Re: PP 50 NL, AQs... way too passive?
I didn't realize how dead I was on this river. Now the only hand I beat is an ace weaker than A6 and total bluffs, which isn't this guys cup of tea. I'll remember to pay more attention to that river card.
