Flop 2 Pair - Did I Play This Too Weak?

Table had been pretty loose passive

I had taken down some pots uncontested with PF raises of 4/5x BB where everyone folded PF or to a continuation bet.

Only raised 3x this time to see what would happen.

Both Turn and River cards looked scary to me

Should I have bet turn and/or river?

Was my Flop bet too small?

How big a bet on the Turn? 1/3 to 1/2 of the pot?

Yes my PF raise was too low

Around 7 or 8 is fine on the turn.

I raise more on the flop, maybe to 7 or 8.
