Lotta car questions here....how bout a boat one

There's lots of car questions always being asked on here, but I've never seen one about boats. Anyone own one? Looking to get one for fishing and pleasure boating. Anyone here have any tips for buying a used boat... things to look for, things to avoid, etc?
