hi all i played poker for a while now and it makes a long time is see all of you speaking about casino whoring

i look on the forum and other place and tried to understand the best way to be "the less in position of loosing against the casino"

is there a game which is better for me to play against casino than blackjack?

i test this method on blackjack in free money game but the result are i guess not very realistic on 200 hands

i'm guessing there would be a lot of people writing replies right now, but i'll also join in.

there's several types of bonuses so you should know which ones they are:
casabhel, Sticky1,sticky2.

cashable bonuses are the ones you want to start off with, as you will be able to cash out the bonus when you are done completeing their bonus wagering requirements.
as for stickies, don't bother with them yet but just note that they are bonuses that can't be cashed out. so that much money HAS to stay in your account whenever you cash out.

secondly moving on to wagering requirements, you should always check their websites and their terms&conditions to know that blackjack is allowed for completing the bonus requirements.
most bonuses will look something like this: 25xB, or 10x(D+B).
25xB simply means you have to wager a total of 25 times the bonus amount. for example if you get a deposit bonus of 100% up to a $100. then you'd deposit $100, get $100 bonus, and you'll have to wager a total of $2500.
10x(D+B) would mean you have to wager 10 times the combined amount of deposit plus bonus.
so forexample: if you get a 50% upto 100 bonus, then when you deposit $200, you will get $100 as bonus, and you will have to wager a total of $3000 = 10 x (200+100)
most sites give you the bonus beforehand so u can use it to wager, but some sites only give you the bonus after you complete the requirements.

for most bonuses, blackjack will be allowed, but some sites might offer blackjack surrender which has lower house advantage (and chart for that can be found in wizard of odds as well).

you might also wanna consider Pontoon, which is similar to blackjack, but with lower house advantage but higher variance.

also, usually betting 1~3 dollars will be a good idea, and don't raise your betsize (like me, while tilting, and losing), as it is the quickest way to losing (like me).
just bet small amounts till you clear your bonus.

betting larger does have higher EV but will increase your chances of busting. so unless you have a sufficient bankroll to accomodate the busting situation, don't bet large.
1~3$ will be enough.

hopefully you will reach a profit level of 30$/hour
but that really depends sort of on how your luck turns out, how fast the software you are using is, and stuff like that

just want to clarify something. increasing your bet size has a miniscule effect on your overall EV (does increase it).. however it has a significant effect on your overall risk of ruin (BUSTO), and a significant effect on your hourly earn. A bonus with an hourly earn of $30/hr making $1 flat bets becomes $300/hr making $10 flat bets, but your risk of busto goes from practically nil to significant.

in other words if you can sport the bankroll you're much better off betting bigger.

Also, keep in mind that your hourly rate is not especially relevant (unless you have another source of income that's in the $40-$200/hr range).

The reason is that there's only so many of these bonuses so you won't make 5 times as much by increasing your bet size, you'll just make the limited $$ available 5 times faster.

Yeah, and try not to tilt away more money when something stupidly insane happens to you, like it happened to me.

Busted $400 flatbetting $3 and $5 before just to give an idea of how bad things can get sometimes...

Btw, it gives you an idea of how fragile AA is in poker when you see your 20's get consistently beat by 15 or 16 a couple times in a row. (Actually I have no idea what the odds are, but 20 vs 16 sounds like a 4:1 [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img] )
