Problems receiving WPEX hand histories?

Anyone else experiencing problems receiving hand histories from WPEX? I've only received a handful of requested hand histories in the last 2 days.

It's one of the things that sucks about that site. Request function works fine for a few days and then you get nothing or only one table when you are playing 2 or 3.

The fish don't care though and will stay, while nit TAGs will sometimes leave.

im one of those nit TAGs thats very unhappy about the hand history situation at WPEX.

I only seem to be missing a few HH's out of about 1000... probably because I didn't request fast enough. There's no way to get more than 100 at a time... ?

I had not had problems previously. Here's WPEX support's response to me:

Hi there

We have had a look into the matter and it seems when you are playing at more than one table and you request a hand history
it only sends the history for one table and not the other. We contacted our technicians regarding this and we await their
reply. If you would like us to contact you when we receive a reply please let us know.
