HU $5+.50 Full tilt. Huge chip lead w/ 79os.
This is probably no brainers for most but I feel I need to plug some leaks heads up in situations like this were I have such a huge chip lead. I know there is no FE but I felt folding was incorrect given it is 44% chance of winning against any random hand.
Full Tilt Poker No Limit Holdem Ring game Blinds: $150/$300 2 players Converter Stack sizes: hero: $12975 BB: $525 Pre-flop: (2 players) hero is SB with 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] hero raises to $600, BB calls all-in $225. Uncalled bets: $75 returned to hero. Standard. I'd fold utter garbage but 97o is good enough.

Re: HU $5+.50 Full tilt. Huge chip lead w/ 79os.
Think about effective stack sizes. He has 525 chips at 300BB, this is 1.75xBB and that means pushing any two from anywhere for him, which means you too. Even if he wins this hand, get him on the next one.
When it's HU and I'm the hugestack, I like to play around with them and let the blinds wear them out. 95% of the time I won't have a made hand, but when he checks, I bet. There is no way he can call me because it could be his last step. |
