I want to produce more semen. Any ideas how to go about this? Went to the herb store today and they kept trying to sell me stuff to keep it up.Them "This is what you want." Me "will I produce more sperm?" Them "Ummmmm no"

So OOT do any of you have any ideas?

I know I've seen it claimed many times that if you get aroused a couple hours earlier, but don't come. Then when you have sex later your output will be larger. I remember an interview with Peter North who was famed for his emmissions (as well as size) that alot of it is diet, but I have no idea what diet it would be.
