Default 3/6 AA hand. Rock raises on the turn, expect trips here?

Villain 1 stats are 19/4/1.00 after 267 hands.
Villain 2 stats are more like 38/0/1 after 14 hands (not much of a read), but I did see him call down with 2nd pair vs. a pre-flop raiser once.

Ultimate Bet 3/6 Hold'em (9 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Preflop: Jedi is MP3 with A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, MP1 <font color="#A500AF">(Villain 2)</font> calls, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Jedi raises</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, Button calls, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, BB <font color="#A500AF">(Villain 1)</font> calls, MP1 <font color="#A500AF">(Villain 2)</font> calls.

Flop: (8.33 SB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(4 players)</font>
Villain 1 checks, Villain 2 checks, <font color="#CC3333">Jedi bets</font>, Button calls, Villain 1 calls, Villain 2 calls.

Turn: (6.16 BB) 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(4 players)</font>
Villain 1 checks, Villain 2 checks, <font color="#CC3333">Jedi bets</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Button bets</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Villain 1 raises</font>, Villain 2 calls, Jedi ???

Now what? A rockish type raises me on the turn, do I expect a 9 here? What about the overcaller? Fold this, or call drawing possibly to only 2 outs?

yucky but, i still can't lay this down here. i guess i might put villian 1 on the backdoor diamond draw (with two overcards to the board) and villian 2 on some sort of pair (plus the board). if a diamond fell on the river, and villian 1 bets, i'm gone....but, otherwise i'm there....

It could be worse- he might have called you with 66 hoping to catch a set. The check here looks bad.

Jedi bets, Button bets, Villain 1 raises,

Assuming this means that button called and didn't raise (making Villan 1's raise a reraise), I would call down. I think you're giving too much up if you fold here.
