Back in the day of reload bonuses the payout was instant. The Happy Giveaway or whatever ended 4 days ago and still no word. The VIP promo ends on Jan 27th and the money will be credited by Feb 2nd, or so they say.
Don't they know within 5 minutes of the promo ending who won what? Why the delay? Why not instant payouts? |

Good point actually.
It is the 21st century afterall. And if they really do have to check these things manually to 'be sure' then they should hire enough people to get through it quickly (it REALLY is starting to feel like they must just be severely understaffed there). Their customers should be the priority here. And you would think that Party would realize that paying the customers as quickly as possible reinforces the positive feelings from their promotions and gets their players back at the tables and gambling away their winnings that much faster. delaying it just causes frustration, or at least apathy. And when you do get the money it's not as exciting and the player is less likely to gamble-it-up with his winnings (and more likely to either cash it out or just let it sit there). |

If they can keep track of leaderboards for tournaments on a daily basis, they can easily keep track of our bonuses. They're mother [censored] tho.

If I recall correctly, Party said they would be paying the bonus for the Happy Giveaway on the 17th.

Why are you guys frustrated?
If they say they will pay on day x and then they pay on day x, I'm happy. If they say they'll pay on day x and then they pay on day x + y (where y > 0), then I'm not happy. |

They do it for one of three reasons: ineptitude, apathy or cash flow. It's probably a mix of the three to be honest, though the last one is highly unlikely given the amount of cash they have on their balance sheet.

[/ QUOTE ] I've just returned to Party within the past month and they recently gave me $100, $75 and $100 (requiring me to play 600, 450 and 600 hands). And when I've emailed them to inquire about details, I've gotten fast and informative responses. I still like PokerStars look better than Party, and I hope they improve their storefront, but Party has been great to me so far. Your mileage may vary. |
