Set line check please...

Okay, this should be pretty simple, but please indulge me a bit and confirm my line, as I haven't had the best results with what I think is the "standard" line lately.

BN is ~25/20 after ~20 hands, for what it's worth.

What are we raising to here? Is a 3 bet all in too much? If it's not too much, do we raise a little less and push any turn?

That's what I figured. It's just that the last several times I've done this (w/ sets &amp; big draws) the opponent has been folding. Oh well...
