Pokerroom points, bonus question

I have heard that Pokerrom CS doesn't respond, so that is why I am asking this here.

I am 4 points over the points needed to clear my bonus and I wanted to use 20 points to enter their new player freeroll. Will using those affect my bonus?

I didn't have any issues with that when i cashed in for the WSOP satellite ticket, but i never got the ticket and it's been two weeks and no response from CS.

Ah, [censored]. I didn't see that before. I guess I can only use 1 of them since they expire today.

First, if you are 4 pts over what you need to clear, the bonus should already show in your account. If it still doesn't by now call them. They suck at email but give decent phone.

Second, using points already earned will not affect what you need to clear a bonus. You can always check your progress on a bonus there by going to My Account->Tickets & Bonuses. The page updates every couple of minutes so you can keep on top of things when you get close.

I cleared it Tuesday, but they haven't credited the cash. The affiliate I signed up thru said on his website that they only credit bonuses once a week. Anyone know which weekday that is?

There's no bonus even listed on my bonus page.

My bonus got credited within 5 minutes.

Are you sure it is a bonus from the site and not from the affiliate? If it is from the affiliate then that would be dependent on the affiliate, not the site.

Usually bonuses are credited automatically but I think Tuesday was when they were "updating" their server (BS code for something went massively wrong).

I completed a reload during this period and I didn't have my account credited either and the bonus is gone. I know at least one other with the same problem. I got a live support person to tell me that they were having problems and to wait 48 hrs and contact them again if I hadn't received anything.

Oh, great! I picked the wrong day to clear my bonus. Or did everyone's bonus dissapear?
