POKERROOM = Where\'s my money?????????????
I have played on virtually every online poker site and have never experienced what is going on at POKERROOM.com. I made a deposit (through FIREPAY), played for a while, and requested a withdrawal. I never got it. I have sent many emails and they don't respond. It is not a whole lot of money ($165) but I have never been treated in such a crappy manner. I have no idea why they won't send me my money and worse yet THEY DON"T ANSWER MY EMAILS. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT PLAY AT POKERROOM.COM. strictly on the basis of lack of response to a customer's repeated requests. This request was made 3 weeks ago. If there is a problem, (I can't imagine what it could be), than contact me and keep me informed. I can understand waiting for a deposit to clear, BUT 3 WEEKS!!!!!

No one should be putting money in Pokerroom, my account is still blocked 15 days after sending them the requested documents. They are truly horrible.

I must be on their good list at pokerroom. I've received all of my cashouts immediately (the first one took the longest at a week but it involved firepay account verification blah blah). I've e-mailed them once and I received a response within an hour (it was a simple question about a frozen tournament).
Have you contacted Firepay? Maybe the problem is on their end?
