HELP! Anyone have last week or older New york casino terms?

Ok... so I finished wagering 4 days ago, called the support and they told me I can't withdraw. Now they send me an email telling me that I have not respected the terms... WTF?! So if someone could send me the terms I would really appreciate... I have 700$ stuck in there and it's a lot to me...

Damn that is some BS..

They changed that $212 bonus T&Cs only 3 days ago. Keep complaining and you should get it. Call support and demand to speak to a supervisor. Ask them when the T&Cs changed and they should be able to see that you signed up before this happened.

thanks man, I called CS and she told me that in the history of NY casino the terms had never changed...what a retard...I sent an email explaining my problem, next step is supervisor.

I'm not even sure what it is.. oh well they just sent me an email telling me that I must wager 110$ on a non-restricted game, so I'll just do it.. I think I'll have to play slots because all those games are restricted:"Roulette (all sorts of Roulette), Baccarat (all sorts of Baccarat), Video Poker (all sorts of Video Poker), Blackjack (all sorts of Blackjack), Craps or SicBo (all sorts of SicBo)"(that was from their terms)

I think 3 card poker is the next best game to play if BJ and VP are excluded (rather than slots).
