You can either push it all in now or raise it up to 800 if you think your opponents are stupid enough to reraise you all in with A9 or something. If you choose to not push all in preflop I think you have to push all in on any flop that comes.

Because of your small stack size, you gotta push. Would be a little trickier if your stack was deeper, but as it is, push.
