Tasty recipes given these ingredients?
I'm guessing the theme here is food based on posts. I have started a new diet to shed 30 lbs.
I am basically going to only eat food from the following list. Any awesome food ideas using these ingredients are welcome. It looks like mostly grilled meat and veggies along with my all-time favorite cottage cheese w/ red grapes. Can't think of too many other combos. Lean meats/fish Veggies/salad (includes corn & beans) Dairy (cheeses, milk) Eggs Protein & MetRx shakes Gatorade Incidentally, if you havemn't tried lowfat cottage cheese with lots of red grapes mixed in, you are missing the world's greatest healthy meal ready in 1 minute. |
