Default ducks

5/10 NL game at local room. 7 handed at this point.
earlier hand versus villian: stacked him with aces versus his top pair and flush draw.
been playing with villian several years so i have a decent read and he is one of the prime donators in this game.

BB(~700)
UTG(~500)
Villian has ~1100 and hero slightly covers with ~1150ish

UTG straddles, villian calls, hero calls on the button with 2 :diamond: 2 :spade:. sb folds, bb calls and utg checks.

flop comes Q :spade: 3  2 :club: and is checked to hero who bets $60. only villian calls for a 5 :diamond: on the turn. there is now a slight pause in hand as villian is talking on his phone and comes back to a very forceful/demanding "ok. whats going on in this hand" and slightly reaches for chips, before taking a couple more seconds and checking to hero. i decided to take a river. which comes a 8 :spade:

villian checks again. hero fires out $120 and villian raises it up to $350.
what is hero's move at this point and how many play the turn more aggresivley/check the river?

Checking the turn can't be right. Checking behind on the river doesn't make any sense. His checkraise doesn't make a lot of sense, either.

I think your earlier slowplay forces you to to call the river.

Checking behind on the turn is about as gross as barfing in a toilet naked. You beat every hand in the deck + villian does not want to fold = BET POT.

I'm 3-betting this river to 750. If villian is stupid enough to call the flop with only a gutshot, then don't.

Otherwise, I expect to be shown Q5 or bad 2 pair quite often.
