Default 30/60 - hit my turn, check-raise and get 3-bet

5 handed, no reads - just sat down. I'm in the SB with Q10o.

Call. Call. I complete, BB checks.
Flop: 8c5h10s. I lead, button raises.
Turn: Qc. I check, button bets, I check-raise, he 3-bets and I call.
River: Jc. I... (hate this card!)

Does anyone cap the turn?

I would play it the same. On the river a bet/fold looks tempting. On the turn, you are behind his range after the 3bet.

I checked the river, ready to call, and he paused and checked behind. He rolled 10h8h and MHIG.

He would have raised any pair preflop so the only hand that really beats you on the turn is 9J. I think a worse 2 pair is very likely since this is a blind battle. I'd 3bet all 2pairs anyway in his position so I think u r ahead a large precentage of the time. I'd not argue against a cap on the turn. It might be too agressive though.

c/c river. He'd probably value bet any 2 pair or better anyway and raise any 9 if u bet. c/c especially if he is capble to bluffraise on that very scary river card. I'd hate to put in 2 BBs on the river of fear for a bluff.

With no read, I never cap the turn on this board. Just call down once 3bet.
