Stopping party poker snooping and setting minimum user permissions
I have got fed up of party poker causing my mouse to freeze up and after reading all the posts about what party does I have decided to try to do something about it.
I gather the best thing to do is to use processguard and snoopfree, also I was thinking of making a new non administrative user to limit what party can do - does this make sense and if I do so is it best if I install party as a 'power user' type. Any advice would be great. |

I use snoop free. If you use snoop free keep in mind that you will not be able to type in Party's chat box anymore. Not being able to use the chat for me is +++EV .

That does not appear to be correct.

Re: Stopping party poker snooping and setting minimum user permissions
people have mixed results with partpoker and snoopfree - some people can type, but others can't... I can't explain it at all. I personally can't type in their chat boxes since I installed it.

Re: Stopping party poker snooping and setting minimum user permissions
the best thing you can do is to install VMWare, then let them snoop all they want

I can't type in the mtt's if I have the payout structure box up. Why is that?

Re: Stopping party poker snooping and setting minimum user permissions
snoopfree itself is a KEYLOGGER. Is it smart idea to try to fight one keylogger using another?
