Internet connection on Dell inspiron 9300

Need help! I can't access the internet using my 9300. Was using it via wireless router. Started getting "limited or no connectivity" message. I couldn't browse the web or use e-mail, but could still play on Pokerstars. Now I can't do either. I could however access via desktop fine. So I tried bypassing router and connect direct same as desktop and am getting same messages. I believe it is something to do with my computer but am unsure of what or how to figure out from here? Also tried system restore to 1 week ago when was working fine and that didn't help.

Any suggestions?
