FT 20/180, AJ flops top two pair...what's my play?

Villian in the hand is thopra. He restole from me two or three times when we were down to 2 tables, so I've had to back off on raising marginal hands for a bit. We haven't played too many hands total at the FT, but so far the blinds have mostly been taken down by a preflop raise.

My question is what kind of bet would you make on this flop OOP to extract the most value? I've been getting better at getting more value out of these kinds of hands, but am still working on it.

Bet 6/7000 on the flop, or it will look a bit suspicious

since I would bet most of the time on the flop whether I hit it or not I would bet here every time. You will get action from an A and maybee a jack. Bet the amount of your normal c-bets

2/3 pot on the flop, and the rest of your stack goes in on the turn.

Ok there seems to be a general consensus. I bet 6k and he folded. I can't say I was too shocked, I knew there was a significant chance he was folding there as he's on a pretty wide range vs. a SB steal attempt.

I posted the hand because I talked over it with a friend who said I might want to make a 1/3 pot bet or check to see if he'd try to steal. I had been pretty tight so far at the FT so I thought a weak bet might be an option too.

A 2 pair is not strong enough to slowplay.
Checking or giving him good pot odds by only betting 1/3 of the pot would be likely to get villain to check/call and then catch his straight/flush/trips/better 2 pair.

I would be happy to take the pot down there and then with a pot sized bet, but probably make it about 2/3's to keep it the same as my CB's.

I bet half pot looking for him to make a move for the pot. Checkraise would get less of his chips and might let him off to easy. He could also could check behind which could bring a lot scary cards on the turn.
