looks normal to me. [/ QUOTE ] Nice having you at the 109s. Is there any read that would make you play in this pot? |

Yeah if SB was really bad and crazy [/ QUOTE ] i dont think youll ever want to get involved in an awkward spot where youre not sure where youre at here with anything short of a crazy SB. youve given up nothing on the hand and i usually hate to play big pots with TP no kick in an unraised pot readless. |

Honestly can't see much of a reason to get involved here, you have top pair but your kicker will almost for sure not play by the time the river comes. This is a hand with bad reverse implied odds for you, even though it might not look it, and is better off folded against the majority of opponents.

What hand makes sense for the "decent multitabling limper"? That's the intriguing part to me. I'd imagine he's call down with AQ. Maybe something like 44-99 (not 88 obviously), and he was just hoping to steal the pot on the turn if the SB showed weakness? I can't imagine a good player limping with a jack in his hand.

[/ QUOTE ] IMO if he is bluffing the line he is taking is really odd. This certainly isn't the best board to bluff at, not to mention that he made a pot size bet and he is OOP. Does not add up as a bluff to me. |
