Bodog - Signed up but can't play

Not a fan of the new software, but have $$$ and there are overlays again so I decide to play an MTT. I log on (no problem) I register for the MTT (no problem). it asks if I want them to take me to my seat I click ok.....5 second freeze and disconnect. Get a Game error. Try a few more times and same error.


Fine, I contact CS. They say they ahve "fixed" all connection issues with the latest update. I tell them well no, and explain. They say the problem is on my end, my ISP, etc... So let me get this straight, I can log on, I can register and when I get kicked out when I try and sit down at a table it's "my fault"....


Cash me out...oh and I blinded out and so far no response to my rquest for my entry fee back

Well Bodog has decided not to refund my buyin. Amazed as these guys had great CS in the past...

It actually IS your fault. You're the one that signed up for Bodog even though you knew it was terrible (and people were having problems with it).
