Guitar players, this ever happen to you?
I had a dream last night that someone was teaching me how to play “Unchained” by Van Halen. I don’t know why... I haven’t heard that song in 15-20 years. I don’t typically listen to that kind of music either, although I am obviously somewhat familiar with it. When I woke up, I picked up my guitar and my “guitar lesson” was right! Freaky!
I didn't learn the whole song in my dream... just the main riff, but it's still pretty weird.

Billie Jean is playing over the sound system. Without even realising I was doing it, I was playing my bass along to it prefectly, even to the key - and I'm still talking to the drummer without awareness I was doing it. Never practiced it or thought about trying this song before. When I realised, I tried to keep going but I had to stop, cos I didn't know the fingering. Go figure.
