Default Super annoying small blind raise - line check

Alright, this crap is RAMPANT at the NL 100 and 200 6max tables. I played this hand last night and I wanted to check if everyone else plays it this way.

Relevant Stacks

SB $250
BB (me) $250

SB is TAG (22/12)

Hero is BB with 9 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 9 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

Folds to SB, SB Raises to $7. Hero raises to $21.

Standard line for guys that are habitual raisers from the SB when it's folded to them?

Yeah, that's alright, though just calling with 99 is cool too because you can probably just call his cbet and show down the best hand.

You should 3-bet with 67s and Ax

Standard. You're in position and likely holding the better hand. This makes him think twice about stealing your BB.
