Default TT flops bottom set - nasty river

Tell me where I got this one wrong. In fact, let me guess...

1. Flop raise is too small.
2. Shove the turn.
3. If I don't shove the turn, push the river.

Villain has played 8 hands before this at the table, so no reads.

Looks fine to me. And on that river, the ONLY thing calling an AI raise is an Ace.

Edit: This is assuming villain isn't a calling station.

I like this line,

the raise on the turn is perfect, and i'm checking behind on that river as well.

I think a raise to $14/$15 on the flop is better, because it allows me to push any non A,Q or 9 turn more naturally, and the raise still isn't unusually large. Any thoughts?
