help with trackers

ok so it appears I had set up my trackers incorrectly. they were linked to:

www.party poker.com/index.htm?wm= "my tracker number"

I was under the impression that my tracker had the bonus it was associated with imbedded in itself. So anyone clicking the banner with my tracker would get what ever bonus the tracker was for. Later I was told I needed to put in 20100 or 025 after index in the url or people clicking the link would not get a bonus.

Is this TRUE? I feel like the pages without the index20100/025 are friendlier and would rather omit the index code if I don't really need it. The index pages suck compared to the real party hompage. Does anyone know how the tracker links really work?

ok, so I just reread all the stuff at party partners and it looks like I do need the index codes in the url. UGH that page it takes you too is freaking nasty. Oh well. anyways I have had a few people sign up play money accounts so far. How do I get them a bonus code. Anyone know? I am writing PP right now, but maybe you guys know one off the top of your head.
