Default Bet set on the flop?

I checked the flop, because I knew they would bet. Should I have bet instead?

seat 1: bknorth ($11.25)
seat 2: storkkel ($20.30)
seat 3: pokerstarblows ($21.80)

bknorth posts bb

preflop

hero (6s, 6c)
storkkel calls
pokerstarblows raises to $0.50
hero calls
bknorth folds
storkkel calls

flop: 786r (3 players, pot = $1.5)

Hero checks
Storkkel bets $0.25
pokerstarblows calls
Hero raises to $2
storkkel raises to $3.75
pokerstarblows folds
hero raises to $13.25

That's a fairly coordinated flop and you don't want it checked through so I'll usually lead at a flop like this. It doesn't really matter in this case because you ended up all in, and that's where you want to be.

sure you can you can lead the flop, which on a board like this is often a good idea, unless you are 100% that they'll bet...which it sounds like you were close to, so cool

Players are guaranteed to have some sort of draw on a flop like this and on $25 NL they will call a lot of raises. I lead out because i dont want to give any free cards.
