I'm going to try to satellite into this next weekend. Anybody play in it before? If so, what is the structure, and the competion like? Also, could you sell your sateliite entry if winning more than one?

Thanks.

Can sometimes get crap shooty towards end of Satellite. Haven't played them in a while and they may have changed as their tourney's have. It was 1500 starting chips 25/25 starting... 25/50, 50/100, etc. I believe 20 minute rounds. Been a while. Competition is mixed usually, but you should always be at least one of the best on the table. Yes, you can sell a second win. As of last time I played, you could not sell your first win, may of also changed as Wynn allows you to sell any win.

As for the tourney, structure as improved greatly to 5K starting chips 25/50. 45 minute rounds. They trying to run out the little guys over at Wynn by adding 5/10 NL and a good tourney.

I'm in Vegas next week, so can you elaborate a bit more?

First, is the Bellagio tournament $1000 every day, or is it still $500 on certain days, and $1000 on others?

Also, did you mean that Bellagio now has a $5/$10 blinds NLHE game? Any max buy-in?

$1000 every day they run it. Not sure if they run 7 days a week or 5 or w/e. And yes, Bellagio now has a 5/10 NL game with I believe $1000 max buy-in.

I'm almost positive it's seven days a week, I remember hearing somewhere to the effect that they're hosting $1000 tournaments 365 (or 364, something like that) days a year.

It's everyday. Satellites begin around 10am, but some days it takes them a while to get the first one going b/c there may not be too much interest first thing in the morning. The first stellite may not fill until 11:30 on Tuesdays for example.
