What games do you play? X-post in the appropriate forum. There are several coaches who frequent the MSNL and HSNL forums.

Live I play 1/2 NL, 2/4, 3/6, and 4/8 Limit, and 4/8 omaha...

a $17.95 book called "Getting Started In Hold Em" by Ed Miller will be good enough to beat the first four things you listed. multiply those numbers by at least 5 or 10 and maybe then you can benefit from coaching.

Is it a better read than "winning small stakes" by miller/ sklansy? which I have and have read?

well SSHE is a limit-only book. you should read GSIH for the NL content.
