f me in the a

I watched this video last night and I was so impressed I showed it to one of my buddies who's really into MMA. I then proceeded to try the move to get out of a full nelson (the one where you push up on your forehead and then step behind your opponent and pick his legs up).

Everything was going according to plan, but when I picked my buddy up by his legs, my left knee gave out and I felt 2 pops. Now I'm on crutches and am debating on whether I should go to the doctor or not because I have no health insurance.

This has been posted recently.

I like the following exchange

Bas: "I'm really sorry."
Bas: Sucker punches guy in head numerous times saying "Bang Bada Bang"
Bas: "No I'm not."
