Default QQ flops FH; How to best extract.

Villain is 16/1.5/2 after about 5 orbits

I called the flop because I wanted to give the SB a chance to at least stick around.

I think I like betting the turn here; 12.00 seems about right. If this doesn't get called, there was nothing to be made anyhow.

Does anyone think the river bet is too large? I was trying to represent a busted flush draw. However, I'm not sure it was convincing, given my UTG pre-flop raise and TAGGY image.

Thanks in advance!

I would bet ~$12 on the turn and ~$20 on the river assuming he calls the turn bet. Who likes the smooth call on the flop? Anyone raise here?

I like the flop smooth call b/c you're trying to keep SB in the pot too. Once SB's out, though, lead the turn & river for about $12 and $25, respectively.

Flop, OK, you got a reason at least. Turn, BET! Make him pay to hit a draw if that's what he's got. Don't hope he hits his flush, and then will pay you off huge, make him pay along the way. Plus, he's paying off with a 7 here. Plus, you may get him to believe you are the one drawing and he calls with a pp.

He checks the turn and the river, showing weakness, so you want maximum cash right? In your case I would bet for value on the river, like $4.

I like the smooth call on the flop, but it wouldn't mind me if you did raise it. I would not check on the turn though, i'd bet it small.

but hey i never give cards for free
