Default Folding AQo to an MP raiser...too passive?

I often wonder if I'm playing AQo too passively pre-flop.

Villain is loose aggressive, but then, let's face it, most raisers at this limit don't deserve much respect. I have no problem folding AJo or AT here, but is folding AQo here too tight? Should I 3-bet?

3 folds, MP2 raises, Hero ???

I think this is a standard 3-bet.

grunch:

If hero is LAG I 3 bet this. His range of raising hands is big so I would like to go HU against him with this hand.

I think I agree with you guys.

Just to confirm: do you consider AT and AJo easy folds here?

How would your answers change if the same opponent was in EP?

How would this change if the opponent was tight? Call if semi-tight and fold if his PFR = 1%?
