Default $500nl - 6 max QQ on the Button facing UTG raise

No reads on the villain, new to the table.

QQ on the button.
UTG raises standard 3xBB
all fold, I flat call

flop comes with no overcards
I bet 3/4 pot
villain reraises the pot
I fold.

How could I have played this differenty? Re-raising preflop perhaps but being new to the table decided flat calling the raise was safer option.

wrong forum. and this hand sucks to me. i can't believe you folded. push harder preflop, you lost value and it will make things easier postflop; i.e. you won't get outplayed as you may have here. also include stack sizes.

Preflop is bad. Flop is bad.
