Default 2nd pair vs unknown

Early on, no reads. Do you guys like this play vs an unknown 1-2 yahoo? Once the turn bet folded out the button and the river was not another spade, I think MHIG here. This just reaks of a turn semi bluff by a typical 1-2 player to me.
