Bet/fold both the flop and turn and check/call river if draws miss (give him a chance to bluff). If he's got a set, or 2 pair he's going to have to raise you at some point unless he's bad. Be very careful if an ace/9/club falls.

I think you need to re-raise the flop bet to see where you stand. He bets 20 and you re-raise to him you do 2 things. See where you stand, see what he does,signify strengh of your own hand. Flop is not the best with AA and he might of hit his straight. Fold on the turn is fine with me as you played it.
