Default Pot odds on flop with PT in hand playback

I have a feeling as if the answer to my question is very easy but something keeps me from not knowing it
In Poker Tracker there is the hand playback window. There you have the option to let PT show the pot odds.
On the flop poker tracker shows me that for ONE out I have pot odds of 22.5:1. WHY?
Here are my thoughts (and it might well be that I don't understand pot odds the right way :
On the flop I know 5 cards (2 in my hand and 3 on the flop). There are 47 unknown cards. If I have ONE out then the pot odds should be 46:1, shouldn't they? Poker tracker shows me 22.5:1 and it seems to have the same kind of calculation for all the other numbers of outs.
I am almost sure that I have missed some little piece of information here and somebody needs to point me into the right direction. Please do!
