Default AKs - where did I go wrong

I don't have much information on the villian in this hand. First time I saw him and he wasn't in my PT database. He seems pretty tight. My image is probably fairly tight, just sat at the table and only raised 2 or 3 hands.

10/20 NL Full-Ring.

Villian raises to 70.
Hero raises to 210 with A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] K [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

Folds around to Villian who calls.

Flop: J [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 6 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img],6 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

Villian Checks.
Hero Bets $400.

Villian thinks for a very long time and calls.

Turn: 5 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

Villian Checks. I Check.

River A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].

Villian Bets: 950.

Hero: ??

Comment on all streets welcomed.

Thanks
