Mirage 4/8 game question
Does anyone here regularly play 4/8 at the Mirage?
If so....can you give me some insight as to how tight/loose this game is at the Mirage? Sarcastic Remarks are welcomed and will be graded for originality and content Matt |

They don't spread it. -McGee |

Re: Mirage 4/8 game question
It's a typical low limit game. Simple as that.

Re: Mirage 4/8 game question
I've played the 3/6 there several times recently. It's a horrible, horrible, evil game. I've yet to walk away up more than $1. Maybe players better than me will disagree, but I don't see how the game is beatable long term.
The one time I played 6/12, I found it to be a great game. It was a great mix of bad players to mediocre players. The table I was at was very predictable. I've also found the SnG's to be very nice. If you can play a good pushbot strategy, you'll do well. Very few people understand SnG concepts and they fold themselves down to two or three blinds routinely. |

[/ QUOTE ] I would like to play 6/12, but honestly I have never played over 4/8 and am not to sure I could not play without the "scared money" syndrome.... ...however, I do really well in tighter games as opposed to loose agressive games ( I know flame away) so I ask the question then....how fishy are the 6/12 games? I have read (heard?) that these are the toughest limit games in town.... Any advice welcomed Matt |

Re: Mirage 4/8 game question
Never played 6/12 their, but based on my experience playing 10/20 & 20/40, the game is probably not tough to beat.
10/20 was a goldmine of loose passives. |

Re: Mirage 4/8 game question
I've played 3/6 there many times. There will probably be one or two people at the table who know what they're doing and the rest of the people are just clueless. 7-8 people to a flop after a raise is normal, people chasing 2 outers with like 33 on a AQK board. Game is insanely soft but be prepared to take some sick beats. The 4/8 at the Wynn is pretty good as well. I'd recommend that if you're looking for some 4/8 action.
