Default Taking the passive line

NL200, 6-max Villain is unknown. From what I've seen so far, he plays a lot of hands.

Hero is UTG+1 with AA

Hero bets 7$, button calls, BB calls

Flop (22$): 3 6 9 rainbow
BB bets 13$, Hero calls, button folds.

Turn (48$): Q (4th suit)
BB bets 31$, Hero calls

River Q
BB checks, Hero checks

BB leading on flop and turn was a bit scary, but the betting felt probe-ish so I figured this was a WA/WB situation and I wanted to showdown.

At Nl 200 I reraise the flop, taking the pot now is just fine, if it isn't gonna happen you'll know right away. I just don't see any monsters under the bed.

So it turns out I'm the one scared of the monsters?

I hear ya, both are a good line, I'm just a little over aggro above 200NL.

I'll bump this instead of making a new thread.

A few hours after I posted the hand in my OP here in SSNL I dropped it in BBV. Not my favorite forum section, but since the hand contained some unusual aspects, I thought it might be slightly amusing. BBV thread is here in case anyone is interested in the outcome of the hand.

Anyway, I caught some serious berating in BBV for how I played the hand so I thought it would be intresting to bump this hand and get a few more comment from the SSNL people. Obviously, I originally posted this hand in SSNL because I had a feeling that I misplayed it. After thinking more about the hand I think I played it correctly though, after but all the heat I caught in BBV I'm not sure.

If you think my line sucks horribly, please explain why.
