I would have just called the turn check/raise.

This isn't terrible, but the chance that he's doing this with a fd is not zero. More importantly, since he's BB, there is a decent chance he's doing this w/ 2 pair, which you could conterfeit. It would have cost the same to call down the turn c/r.

I agree with this. On the other hand on a board like this I felt I had to 3bet a strong made hand. I am still not sure what is best. HIs AF suggested that he would not cap a FD or 2p. But still it is not completely impossible. Also most possible 2p hands probably fold preflop againt an UTG raise.

Not if they're suited. Also, Qx[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (non 2pair too) is well within his range even after the turn cap.

22/7/1.2? no way. i call down from the turn c/r too, but i think everyone needs to reconsider what this kind of player is donkbet/calling the flop then c/r capping the turn with.
