Spades League?

Anyone interested in a spades league? We could do a round robin or pick partners.

Sign up on this thread if you are interested. If we get enough people, we can decide how to play and where. Also, let me know if you would be willing to play for $.

I wouldn't play spades for cash. It is way too easy to cheat.

yeah, this forum isnt about playing games for $$. Thats what nearly every other forum is for. Especially one that could be cheated so easily.

OTOH, Ive loved spades since my time in the Army. Count me in for league play.

i'll play depending on timing

i'd like to find a decent partner who knows how/when to run spades, how/when to get partner in lead, etc...so if anyone knows advanced spades strategy, give me a holler

Let's plan on an 8 player league. Round robin- 7 game regular season. Everyone plays with everyone else as a partner in one game (or series of games). We will schedule one game per week.

Let me know if you have any suggestions or other ideas. We need to establish rules (I prefer no DN passing, to 500), and a site to play (I have been playing at Yahoo, but am open to other sites).
