Default help with an \'80s music question

OK, there is a long-running question at our weekly p*ker game about whether or not Whitesnake sang "(I Just) Died in Your Arms Tonight".

We all agree that Cutting Crew did the original version, but one of my friends claims that Whitesnake did a cover, but we have been so far unable to substantiate his claim using the Internet to find an MP3 of the song.

Also, Wikipedia doesn't list the song as being on any of Whitesnake's albums, but it is listed on Wikipedia's Cutting Crew page. So if anyone can settle this debate and provide a link to indisputable evidence that Whitesnake covered the song, I'd appreciate it.

Not indisputable by any means, but if it wasn't covered by Whitesnake its certainly a popular misconception:

Google

Edit: just to weigh in, I'm with you - Whitesnake didn't cover it, to my knowledge.

According to allmusic.com, they haven't recorded any covers of the song.
