It works, but you must have cookies enabled and not click 'logout'.

At least for me, it logs me out randomly anyway once or twice a week.

Well...perhaps it works if you're on a PC. From my Mac this feature has never worked for me (and yes, I know, as Mac user I'm very much in the minority). Heck, I need to use the "expire cookies" option each time I logon to the site just to have the site recognize me properly. It's strange, because I frequent plenty of other forums on my Mac where this is not even an issue. 2p2 is the only forum i visit regularly that causes this problem, and it's a problem at both work and at home. It isn't a deal-breaker, but it's annoying.

And FWIW, this is with Safari on both Mac OS 10.3.9 ("Panther") and 10.4.3 ("Tiger").

Same here. I assume it's whenever the server hiccups or something. Not a big deal, but slightly annoying.

If you are running adaware or norton's one button checkup, that could delete the cookie.

Never happened to me. Must be something yall are doing.

P.S. Hitting "clear private data" when your wife/girlfriend/mother walks in during a mammoth porn session will also delete your 2+2 cookie.

Same for me. It's always been this way. It definitely has nothing to do with clearing cookies. I have a sense that it's more likely to happen if I don't log in for a few days, but that may just be subjective.
