I ordered some of the books from Party's store. I got all of them except one. I e-mailed them and the same day I got a response they would look into it. A week later I got the missing book.
Today, a couple of weeks later, I get the same book again.
I e-mailed them about it and they responded by telling I can keep the book. Very nice of them.

At Party's old store they sent me everything I ordered twice 2 or 3 times. Unfortunately this was only [censored] shirts and hats.

seems like if u ordered something and after a few weeks, u email them saying u didn't get it, they will send u another shipment(even if u really did get the first one). I wonder if they would do that with the 42in LCD.
