Default 100NL you can\'t fold!

It's reassuring to know that these players still exist at 100NL. At least pay the $6 to see my cards!

Agreed - I dont know if this is supposed to be a brag post or not, but if you're looking for advice, raise the flop. Also your min-raise on the river sucks.

I normally do, when the board is coordinated. But draws were unlikely (unless someone held exactly 76). I was willing to risk that, to let someone catch up on the turn. I was happy to see the ace on the turn (maybe he hit a pair). That's when I popped. I know the risks of slowplaying, but in this hand I didn't think anyone had much of anything.

i think you were incorrect for slowplaying here. He was afraid of the Ace. He probably had an overpair to the flop or maybe middle pair. id say an 8 but he obviously didnt have an 8, that would have been perfect though.

i understand that slowplaying on uncoordinated boards is less wrong but i think that more people are willing to put money in on the flop than the turn. which is why i have lowered teh frequency of my flop bluffs and increased my rate of turn bluffs.

Not bragging. Just thought it was interesting that someone would fold a $57 pot for $6.

I don't think smooth-calling in this spot is horrible. Most of the time I do raise.

min-raise puts him all-in. what would you suggest I do? check behind?

Raise the flop, raise more on the river (EDIT:ah, noticed stacks), tons of money left on the table.

Agreed. I lead/raise my sets most of the time. I'm not sure what he had. If he had any hand, why doesn't he call the river?

Guys this hand is fine. I like the flop call with 4 behind. Hopefully one of them will raise and hero can lay the hammer down. This hand had the potential to be huge the way hero played the flop. Turn sets up the river. Hero's bet sizes are perfect to get villain to commit his stack.

You guys really need to look at stack sizes before you criticize hero's bets. Now if Subzero wasn't considering stack sizes while playing this hand, then hopefully he learned something here.
